I led the launch of Advance Auto Parts e-commerce site, overseeing multimedia asset development, production, and deployment. Partnering with the San Jose e-commerce team, we built a best-in-class platform that generated $800 million in revenue in 2012.

Customer insights revealed a strong demand for educational content to boost confidence in DIY vehicle repairs. In response, we developed targeted content at key touchpoints, empowering customers with the knowledge they needed to buy with confidence and get the job done right.
