Snagajob

Our team redesigned Snagajob’s dashboard to better serve hiring managers and schedulers. Research revealed conflicting priorities, so we used card sorting to clarify needs and collaborated with stakeholders to refine the vision.

Through iterative prototyping in InVision, we tested and adjusted the design every five sessions. Challenges, like messaging and dual user personas, led us to develop an interim solution with engineers.

As the platform evolved, so did the dashboard, improving usability and task efficiency—resulting in a $10 million increase in annual revenue.
